Dr. George Taylor III is an academic, business owner, and management consultant with over 20 years of leadership, management, and business experience. He served a 24-year enlisted-to-officer career specializing in human resources. George was also awarded numerous awards to include the Navy Commendation Medal (4) Awards, Navy Achievement Medal (4) Awards, and Volunteer Service Medal. He is a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
In 2011, George started EntOrgCorp LLC and worked in several industries and segments to include government, medical, small-to-medium businesses (SMBs), non-profits, and the education and financial industries. As a consultant for EntOrgCorp, George specializes in leadership, technology (software development, training and development, and technology-organizational strategy), strategic planning and deployment, change management, organizational realignment, human capital strategies, and organizational development.
George began teaching in 2010 across various universities. He is an Assistant Professor of Management at SMSU. He previously served as the HR Workforce Degree and Certificate Program Coordinator and Assistant Professor for a college in Tulsa, OK. George serves as an adjunct at various universities. He is the author of Blessed Strategy and publishes and reviews academic journals.
George's doctoral degree is in organizational leadership and he is currently pursing a second a second terminal degree in educational administration. George also has an MBA (information Systems Management) and an undergraduate degree in Organizational Management. He holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Finally, George was a Leadership Fellow (Memphis) in 2004.
